The grounds of the estate are cover in lush tropical gardens and a manicured lawn.Timor statues stand guard over a 12×5meter overflow pool and relaxation bale. If you prefer to swim or surf in the sea, a private bamboo bridge brings you over the small lagoon to the secluded beach.

The partially exposed PAVILION TORAJA, adding strong currents of style from Sulawesi. The first floor is wholly open, and the dramatic high ceiling is carried on the pillars of a traditional Javanese Jogglo. A cozy TV sitting area is nestle to one side, and the dining room table that seats 12 is situated as to overlook the lush tropical garden grounds and Indian Ocean.

The upstairs master bedroom smells of rich dark wood, setting a romantic feel to mesh perfectly with the gorgeous sea view. Sunsets can be enjoying by reclining in the fantastic king-sized Timor bed, over which hangs a rich hand-woven tapestry. An open terrace, ensuite bathroom, and separate study compose the additional living areas of this room. An intricately carved sofa bed is present to facilitate the conversion of the study into an additional sleeping area.

The partially exposed, fully equipped modern kitchen allows for flexibility in usage, whether guests would like to cook socially for themselves, or to be serving by the hidden hands of the talented staff. A guest bathroom sits off to one side for convenience. Divided from the living area by a water pond and stepping-stones is the first floor master bedroom. It is fitted with a king size canopy bed, and its own private terrace. A walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite open-air bathroom are added highlights. Bathing Balinese women overlook the luxury bathtub from a stunning limestone carving.

The first floor of the PAVILION TIMOR is dedicated to one large bedroom with its own private terrace overlooking the ground. On the second floor, the first room consists of an open living area with a Madura daybed and kitchenette. From this space, you can take in the sea air while resting in total privacy or you can retreat into the bedroom. Sea View Cottage

PAVILION IRIAN, the guesthouse on the grounds, is set apart from the other units to offer a complete retreat to privacy. This round building, topped with a high alang-alang roof, houses one bedroom and its own private ensuite open-air bathroom. The queen-sized bed is cover with brilliant batik linens, adding a spice of color to the room. A large day bed is ideal for a mid-day siesta, or to put a child to rest. From the private terrace, you can overlook the flourishing rice fields and the blooming lotus garden set to the far corner of the grounds.

A separate structure, PAVILION LOMBOK one Bedroom, is modeled after a traditional Balinese rice barn. A brick-style kitchen with marble, terrazzo counters makes up the open first floor.The bathroom of this Pavilion is behind the kitchen. A high staircase leads to a private open terrace, and to the bedroom beyond, all of the furnishings of which are create from bamboo. Two single canopy beds push together to form a single king.A bamboo ladder leads to a secret doorway, opening up to a second private terrace, specifically for the purposes of sea-view meditation.

A wardrobe offers ample storage space, and a TV and DVD player is provided for the entertainment of the guests. The guest house is a separate single-storey building comprised of two interconnecting air-conditioned guest bedrooms. Each bedroom is characterized by fresh white walls under a soaring thatched roof. Each is furnished with a king size, canopied, four-poster bed created from ornately carved antique wood, together with bedside cabinets, lamps, lazy chairs, table, and dressing area with fitted cupboards, safety deposit box, and full length mirror. Sliding doors open onto the pool deck. Each bedroom is complemented by its own private en-suite bathroom, and each bathroom boasts a stylish dark grey décor with a polished concrete vanity unit and mosaic tiles, ‘his & hers’ sunken washbasins, toilet, and powerful shower. Sliding doors from both bedrooms open onto the wide wrap around balcony, composed of richly grained, creamy ‘Batu Yogya’ stone. This cool breezy balcony is enhanced with two built-in daybeds, a set of antique Asian urns, and a statue of a Hindu goddess. This is a great spot for relaxing with an afternoon cocktail while enjoying the pleasant view over the garden and pool area
Terraces, Living, Dining, Office and Service Kitchen

The main 2-storey building houses three of the bedrooms and is characterised by a colonnaded wrap-around Terrace and a corresponding wide wrap-around balcony on the upper floor. The terrace is furnished with a large circular table and six chairs for alfresco dining under a funky metal chandelier. There is also a bar with a curved façade, and a cushioned rattan sofa and chairs together with a glass-topped rattan table

Indoors is a large Living, Dining & Office Area, with a cool terrazzo floor scattered with Oriental rugs. Here, guests can enjoy a more formal dining experience around a solid chunky dining table for ten. The office area is furnished with a daybed, shelf units and a desk, and is equipped with a computer, Internet access, a fax machine, and a central telephone system. A guest powder room is accessed from this area. The adjacent Service Kitchen is one of two kitchens at the villa. This one is set up so that the staff can serve food quickly and efficiently at dinner parties and functions, it is fully equipped and well-stocked with quality glassware, crockery and cutlery; a large refrigerator is hidden within a custom-designed cupboard

The open-plan TV Room boasts a satellite TV and DVD player, two substantially-sized yielding sofas, a large square coffee table, a lazy chair and a pair of carved side tables positioned upon a warm parquet floor under a soaring pitched roof. Garden, Swimming Pool, and Relaxation Pavilions

The villa is positioned around two sides of the large 17 x 6.5 metre lap pool, which is tiled with green Java stone and complemented by a serene Buddha statue and an outdoor rainshower. Privacy and security is maintained by an encompassing garden wall. At one end of the pool is a relaxation pavilion, known as a ‘bale bengong’. Furnished with cushions, it is great for chilling out with a book or taking an afternoon nap. A small, 2-storey, rectangular, wooden gazebo, charmingly fashioned in the form of a traditional rice barn – known as a ‘lumbung’ or ‘jineng’ – with a thatched, horseshoe-shaped roof, rests in another part of the garden. It features a lower platform and a staircase leading up to a private, upper room accessed by a Lombok door. This is a fun playhouse for children

Villa Atas Ombak, Indonesian for “Villa On The Waves”, is directly located on the beach only a few kilometers north of Legian. Featuring breathtaking views of Bali’s famous sunsets, the Villa was completed in mid-1995 and encompasses an acre and a half of garden area, with over 100 meters of beach frontage.

It also includes a large swimming pool, a main building with three bedrooms, a large entertainment pavilion that functions as an open-air living room, and a separate guesthouse containing another two bedrooms. Located far enough away from the tourist crowds to ensure total privacy, this villa is still close enough to offer easy access to Bali’s favorite shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

The main building houses a large open fronted living and dining area decorated with antiques and exudes an aura of simplicity and style. Its centerpiece is an antique dining room table capable of seating twelve people in comfort. White terrazzo floors lead into the adjoining sitting room and the air-conditioned master bedroom suite that is dominated by an exotic canvas above the queen-sized bed. The master suite also contains a large sunken bathtub, dressing area, open-air bathroom, and access to a private plunge pool. Two additional bedrooms, both with air conditioning, are located on the other side of the main building, one on the ground floor and the second above, each with its own terrace, dressing area, and open-air bathroom.

In an adjacent building, joined to the dining area by a narrow bridge over a small lotus pond, is the kitchen. Equipped to a restaurant-level caliber, the kitchen’s facilities include a commercial stove, refrigerator, and an ice cream machine.

A separate guesthouse is situated off to one side of the property. Closer to the beach than the main building, it features two other air-conditioned bedrooms, both with large windows offering panoramic views, open-air bathrooms, and a small shared living area.

Directly in front of the main building and looking onto the beach and enormous marine-colored swimming pool, is a large covered pavilion, known in the local language as a bale, which is open on all sides. Constructed in traditional Balinese style with an intricately thatched roof and supported by four massive pillars, this bale provides an informal area in which to relax with a cocktail and enjoy the exceptional colors at sunset.

The manicured garden, featuring frangipani, palm trees, lotus ponds and stands of ginger lilies, also boasts three ancient temples dedicated to the favored Hindu gods. Amenities of the house include telephone and facsimile facilities, satellite television with video, full stereo system, and sufficient parking for up to five cars.
