The grounds of the estate are cover in lush tropical gardens and a manicured lawn.Timor statues stand guard over a 12×5meter overflow pool and relaxation bale. Fruit trees of every variety speckle the property,tucked to one corner is a organic vegetable garden, which provides fresh produce for your meals. If you prefer to swim or surf in the sea, a private bamboo bridge brings you over the small lagoon to the secluded beach.

The partially exposed PAVILION TORAJA, adding strong currents of style from Sulawesi. The first floor is wholly open, and the dramatic high ceiling is carried on the pillars of a traditional Javanese Jogglo. A cozy TV sitting area is nestle to one side, and the dining room table that seats 12 is situated as to overlook the lush tropical garden grounds and Indian Ocean.

The upstairs master bedroom smells of rich dark wood, setting a romantic feel to mesh perfectly with the gorgeous sea view. Sunsets can be enjoying by reclining in the fantastic king-sized Timor bed, over which hangs a rich hand-woven tapestry. An open terrace, ensuite bathroom, and separate study compose the additional living areas of this room. An intricately carved sofa bed is present to facilitate the conversion of the study into an additional sleeping area.

The partially exposed, fully equipped modern kitchen allows for flexibility in usage, whether guests would like to cook socially for themselves, or to be serving by the hidden hands of the talented staff. A guest bathroom sits off to one side for convenience. Divided from the living area by a water pond and stepping-stones is the first floor master bedroom. It is fitted with a king size canopy bed, and its own private terrace. A walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite open-air bathroom are added highlights. Bathing Balinese women overlook the luxury bathtub from a stunning limestone carving.

The first floor of the PAVILION TIMOR is dedicated to one large bedroom with its own private terrace overlooking the ground. The terracotta floor adds richness to the room, complimented by the king-sized canopy bed.Shell-inlay doors lead to the open-air bathroom, complete with a small garden. Tactfully hidden under the teakwood TV stand is a mini-fridge.Indonesian puppets stand poised above. On the second floor, the first room consists of an open living area with a Madura daybed and kitchenette. From this space, you can take in the sea air while resting in total privacy or you can retreat into the bedroom. Two single canopy beds have been specially designed to easily convert into a single king-sized bed, for added versatility. An ensuite bathroom leaves nothing lacking

Sea View Cottage

PAVILION IRIAN, the guesthouse on the grounds, is set apart from the other units to offer a complete retreat to privacy. This round building, topped with a high alang-alang roof, houses one bedroom and its own private ensuite open-air bathroom. The queen-sized bed is cover with brilliant batik linens, adding a spice of color to the room. A large day bed is ideal for a mid-day siesta, or to put a child to rest. From the private terrace, you can overlook the flourishing rice fields and the blooming lotus garden set to the far corner of the grounds.

A separate structure, PAVILION LOMBOK one Bedroom, is modeled after a traditional Balinese rice barn. A brick-style kitchen with marble, terrazzo counters makes up the open first floor.The bathroom of this Pavilion is behind the kitchen. A high staircase leads to a private open terrace, and to the bedroom beyond, all of the furnishings of which are create from bamboo. Two single canopy beds push together to form a single king.A bamboo ladder leads to a secret doorway, opening up to a second private terrace, specifically for the purposes of sea-view meditation.

Villa Puri Uma Dewi is constructed in a complete rectangular encircling a large tropical garden and private swimming pool, on all sides. A long covered walkway with wooden floors and handrails connect the separate pavilions and structures of the main building and guest compound. Gates open to the inner garden and pool areas, which are an excellent deterrent for families with small children.

The main structure has a main fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area with an upper level built-in sofa with cushions for group entertaining, which is located next to another living area with sofas. In the rear area of the main structure 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are located with large en-suite bathrooms. The guest compound has a separate kitchen and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms.

Both the main structure and guest compound have a TV/Study room adjacent to the master bedrooms, which can be used as optional bedrooms or rooms for small children. Villa Puri Uma Dewi is ideal for families and small groups. The buildings are spread out throughout the property, thus assuring privacy. The interior design is tasteful and stylish. All the bedrooms can be enclosed or open areas. The living area faces the garden with a large swimming pool, outdoor dining pavilion and pool lounging pavilion.

Main structure and guest compound: 7 Bedrooms plus an optional air-conditioned sleeping room with ensuite bathrooms. 1 bedroom is a traditional rice barn converted into a bedroom with air-conditioning and a ladder-entrance with bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom overlooking the garden and pool, has a 4 poster king size bed, large ensuite indoor/outdoor bathroom, walk in dressing room and adjacent children’s room with two single beds. All other bedrooms feature queen sized beds. In the guest house the TV room can be an optional bedroom if required.

The billiard room upstairs bedroom is air-conditioned with a Chinese bed. There are six bathrooms (including one guest bathroom adjacent to the indoor dining area) in total, a large swimming pool, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas (seats 8 plus people/seats 4 people) , outdoor dining pavilion (seats 10+ people), 2 air-conditioned TV rooms/Study, Satellite television, VCR/CD Players, telephone, fax machine, fully equipped kitchen, smaller kitchen, fulltime staff and cook including an English speaking site manager. The villa has security with a private parking area.

Villa Kampung has been designed to capture the ambience of a Balinese family compound with separate dwellings spread across a spacious garden landscape. Located in an unassuming back lane behind the hectic pace of downtown Seminyak, the villa offers a calming retreat where up to 12 adult guests can completely relax in comfortably appointed surroundings. Decorated with an eclectic collection of wooden furnishings and unique artifacts, Villa Kampung showcases some distinct pieces of quality craftsmanship that have been carefully sourced from around the Indonesian archipelago.

Tropical Outdoor Attributes

The villa is accessed through a heavy timber entrance gate that leads directly into a garden compound with stone pathways edged in tropical flora. A generous sized swimming pool is the centerpiece of the property and is enveloped by a sundeck, a pair of fragrant frangipani trees and several reclining sun-loungers. A traditional thatched pavilion, adorned with plump cushions and sheer curtains that waft in the breeze, is a shady niche for lazy afternoon naps.

There are plenty of terraced areas featured throughout Villa Kampung where guests can sit quietly to read or seek private time alone if desired. Alternatively, a communal lounge environment lies beneath an elevated roof structure where oversized chairs, covered in bright cushions and woven textiles, encourages social gatherings after dark. Directly above this open style lounge is a cozy mezzanine setting with a home entertainment system and one wall lined with a bookcase of novels, magazines and other reading materials.

Social Dining Area

A separate dining pavilion and integrated kitchen facility caters especially for extended groups and entertaining. This setting is dominated by a magnificent dining table that has been crafted out of a single piece of timber to accommodate 12 guests in a formal seating arrangement. The sleek kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range stainless steel appliances and a double door refrigerator to enable convenient meal preparation. An elegant dresser is used to store all necessary tableware and fills this entire area with rustic charm.

Private Bedroom Suites

A total of six bedroom suites in three separate dwellings have been orientated to instill a sense of privacy for every guest. Different room configurations with classically inspired furnishings, ornate carved doors and eye-catching pieces of artwork display flair and originality. Each bedroom features an individually styled canopied double bed with crisp cotton linen, a personalized sitting area and ensuite bathroom with either a sunken tub, shower recess or both facilities for leisurely bathing rituals. There are also a number of relaxation areas with traditional day-beds and sofa’s. A terraced area directly in front of the connecting loft bedroom suites has a billiard table permanently set up for permanent games.
